PAMPRx Pipeline

A Platform Designed for Scale

PAMPRx is building a multi-asset, multi-indication biologics platform targeting pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs)—the upstream drivers of inflammation across infectious, metabolic, and immune-mediated disease.

Our pipeline is structured to deliver rapid clinical validation, followed by expansion into large chronic markets, all anchored by a shared mechanism of action and biomarker-driven development strategy.

Lead Program

LHNVD-501 (Anti-Peptidoglycan mAb)

Stage: IND-enabling
Modality: Extended half-life, Fc-engineered monoclonal antibody

LHNVD-501 targets peptidoglycan (PGN)—a universally conserved structural component of bacterial cell walls present across Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and mycobacterial organisms.

This enables a uniquely broad mechanism:

  • Pan-bacterial opsonization → enhances immune clearance via Fcγ receptor–mediated phagocytosis
  • Neutralization of circulating PAMPs → reduces activation of NOD1/2 and downstream inflammation
  • “Sponge” effect on muropeptides → depletes the reservoir driving chronic immune activation

Unlike pathogen-specific antibodies, LHNVD-501 is pathogen-agnostic, functioning across the full spectrum of clinically relevant bacteria—including antibiotic-resistant strains.

Lead indications:

  • Sepsis (IV, acute)
  • Metabolic endotoxemia / MASLD (SC, chronic)

Platform Expansion: Multi-PAMP Cocktail

PAMPRx is advancing a combination immunotherapy approach targeting the three dominant bacterial PAMPs:

Components:

-LHNVD-501: Peptidoglycan (PGN)

-Anti-LTA mAb: Lipoteichoic acid (LTA)

-Anti-LPS mAb Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)

Together, this cocktail is designed to:

  • Neutralize the primary triggers of innate immune activation
  • Address polymicrobial infections and dysbiosis
  • Deliver broader coverage than any single-target therapy

This multi-target strategy reflects the biological reality of sepsis and chronic inflammatory disease, where multiple PAMPs act simultaneously.

Sequenced for Value Creation and Capital Efficiency

PAMPRx is advancing its pipeline through a staged approach that maximizes early validation while building toward large commercial opportunities:
